"From the Mountains to the Sea"  is the theme for the National Marine Educators Association (NMEA) Conference to be held July 19-23, 2008 in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. The NMEA program committee seeks a diverse group of presenters that includes researchers, educators, resource managers and a host of others to share ideas, programs, and current trends in marine/aquatic education and research.

The deadline for proposal entries is February 26, 2010.
